Invisalign. I have pretty decent teeth, but my lateral incisors are slightly rotated so I'm currently doing clear correct (it's an invisalign analogue) on my teeth. It takes about the same amount of time as regular braces.
Another option would be six month braces. I did a case on a girl with this method and closed a LOT of gaps in 3 months. You do have to have brackets placed on the teeth, but it's such a short duration that it's really worth it.

not unless you want to pull them both out, and replace them with porcelain teeth. trouble with that is that it may always worry you that it'll fall out, and in time, will eventually. you're better off getting braces. if it's just those two teeth, you'll only have them at the top
