Question: What questions would you ask a dentist in an interview?
i'm conducting an interview with my dentist this Thursday for a research paper, and im not sure what kinds of questions to ask him....any ideas?

What type of instruments he uses.

If he uses instruments like the ones in the linked article. I'm gone.

You could ask him how he handles stress as dentists have the highest suicide rate.
Ask him if he increases his fees ie; if the patient annoys him.
Ask him what really annoys him about his job ie; bad oral hygiene, nervous patients, bad debts.
