Question: If I hold my teeth for 1 year will it be the equivalent of braces?
Yes if I push my teeth together with my fingers and hold it as hard as I can when im awake for 1 year will that be the equivalent of braces? if I held them together 8hours a day for 365 days.

no it will not because what braces do it hold the teeth together but also makes them move if the are twisted and also moves molars and such so holding them together won't help

who has time to do that for an entire year? you'd be blowing sunshine up your own *** if you believed you could actually do that.

if you keep the same tension on them, and push on the right spots, which would be difficult, then yes, i suppose so

that is possible, but you would need at least twice as much time and the teeth probably wont come out the same
