The upper two aren't so bad but the bottom ones take forever to heal - expect to be worthless for a week and to be in pain/discomfort for 3-4 weeks.

You'll feel very numb and will need gauze and ice packs for the at least 24 hrs. Someone will have to take care of you during the first day. Ice cream is the recommended food of consumption on Day One. DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING THROUGH A STRAW. You'll spend the first few days on Penicillin and painkillers and will probably be in bed for most of it.

Also you might have stitches in your gums but these are normal and should dissolve slowly over time. Follow your dentist's instructions regarding care.

Just got mine out a week ago.

Everyone makes it sound like a bigger deal than it really is. It didn't hurt too bad for me and I had no recovery problems. I ate solids when I felt like it, like 12 hrs after surgery.
