how come i dont have wisdom teeth?!

Not everyone will have their wisdom teeth, or third molars, erupt. It is not uncommon and nothing to worry about. The third molars usually erupt between the ages of 18-21 and they can do xrays at your dental office to see their progression if your DDS finds it necassary.

Just because they haven't erupted doesn't necessarily mean that you are missing them. You need a panoramic x-ray to know for certain whether or not you actually do not have them.

If you don't have them, don't worry. There is a lot of variability in wisdom teeth. I actually only had three. Some people have two, others have none

My son didn't get any wisdom teeth either and he had perfect strong teeth that needed no braces. We knew he wasn't getting them long before the time for them to come in because the dentist couldn't see the buds for them on an x-ray. Our dentist was always telling him how lucky he was that he wasn't going to get them and that his teeth were so good.

Wisdom teeth are something people should never get. Most have to be pulled as soon as they come through and it is very painful.

Just consider yourself one of the lucky few

I happens. Sometimes people get all 4, and some get 3, 2, 1, or none! It makes your teeth crowded and eventually will be removed, which is a very painful experience! Consider yourself very lucky!

you have a bad case of being very lucky. they hurt and it sucks to have them
