Question: White Spots on Teeth?
I read it could be fluorosis but i don't drink acidic drinks, I've been drinking just water for a long time and the spots just appeared a few days ago. I also read it could be dehydration, I have been sick for a while, I can't breathe through my nose properly and been breathing through my mouth even when i sleep. the top of my mouth sometimes feels dry also my lips. Is it dehydration and how do I reverse it.

Because you've been sick, it does sound like it's due to dehydration. Once you are able to breathe regularly again, the spots should disappear. They come and go. If they bother you that much or won't go away in a few days, consult your dentist.
