Why do I still have bad breath even though I brush my teeth?!

Question: Why do I still have bad breath even though I brush my teeth?
Everyday I brush my teeth and tongue in the mornings and at the night. I don't really floss but I will start doing that regularly. I mean when I brush my tongue, the white stuff is still there like idk how to brush my tongue so that I don't cut it but yet still get the gunk out. I just brush it like I would my teeth and the bacteria is still there... and I can't really brush all the way back towards my throat either since I feel like I need to throw up after that..

am I doing something wrong?

A lot of people have bad breath, no matter how much they brush. It's called halitosis.

Flossing is ultra important. If you don't do it, the bad breath may be caused by gingivitis. Not flossing is like only washing half of your body. Also, do you have your teeth cleaned regularly (evey 6months)? You may have plaque build-up below your gum line.

try getting a different tooth brush and different tooth paste. If your that concerned about your breath buy some mints. Also try buying whiting mouthwash.

HAHAHA .... ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE IT COULD BE GINGEVITIS BUT IF NOT....... HAHAHA
