I just got stitches out of my wisdom?!

2 weeks ago, my wisdoms (4 of them) were taken out , I was told to only brush 24 hours afterward and use salt lukewarm water. Now I have stitches taken off, it is not supposed hurt. But it did on my left because dentist probably did it carelessy . What am I suppose to do ? I don't want use listering mouthwashing or anything , I know it will hurt and burn my left exctraction bad!

Yet I don't want cavity, what should I use to prevent cavity while don't want use listering mouthwashing, etc. for a while.
