I just got my braces off a couple days ago and I have a tongue cage retainer. I cannot talk with it at all and it is really difficult at school. :( If I wear my retainer all night, after, school. Well most of the day will my teeth shift. Is it okay if i wear my retainer most of the day or will my teeth move?

You should really wear your retainer 24/7 in the beginning. Your teeth can shift otherwise. Your tongue will get used to it-and it will happen quicker if you wear it more often and practice speaking. When I first wore my retainer I had a lisp for a couple days. Then my tongue got used to it and I spoke normally.
