That would depend on what they did.
ADA- American Dental Association ( if your in the States)
Better Business Bureau if it has to do with charging your account
If you live in the United States, you need to go to the Dental Board in your state.
Hopefully, there will be a link to the Board's website and place to write your comments, inquiries and complaints.
If you don't see it, contact your State's Attorney General. This offices traditionally handles consumer complaints and may be able to guide you in the right direction.
I think you could make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I think they have a medical section on their website.
