I have straight teeth but they are very small, can i still get veneers?!

Question: I have straight teeth but they are very small, can i still get veneers?
I have always wanted veneers done. A girl i know has had her whole upper teeth done and she's got a big white gorgeous smile! My teeth are not bad, they are straight, i had a retainer when i was 9 to push 2 teeth forward to straighten my teeth. However my teeth are not big they are quite. When i smile i want to smile in confidence :( i long for big white veneers.
Because i havent got bad teeth will dentist still allow me to have them done? or will they pick on me and tell me i don't need them?
i have researched and obviously know how pricey they are here in the UK also! It would take me a while to save up :s

The size and the shape of your teeth and the way your bite will be relevant to whether this will work for you. The only person who can tell you is your own dentist.

He will discuss it with you and if it is feasible will either do it himself or refer you onto a cosmetic dentist. But it is not NHS and will be very expensive and once you start you will need to do the whole mouth. At £300 and upwards per tooth.
