Question: Would this tooth just break apart during extraction tomorrow?

I am getting my bottom two wisdom teeth out tomorrow morning. One is so decayed on the rigth side thatI can only feel the bottom there are no sides to it anymore. The other one has a huge gaping hole in it. (I brush my teeth everyday I could not control this and had NO DENTAL INSURANCE. Please do not judge this is a sensitive subject and I am SO embarrased by it:( ) Anyways I guess my question is..how would they go about taking these two out? They were fully erupted before the decay set in. I'm so scared, I'm only getting numbed too! :(

It's amazing the things they can do at the dental office.Even if it does break it is no big deal.I've been through this and you'll be surprised how fast it goes.Ask for pain medication before you leave.They have tools that somehow grab onto teeth even if they are broken.Don't drink with a straw after you have them pulled and don't smoke either.Also have foods on hand that are soft or liquidy like soups,jello,pudding,instant mashed potatoes.it will go fast and if your not numb enough tell them to give you more shots.Good luck and try and not worry to much.

nothing to worry if the teeth are fully erupted.
there will be less bone removal in case of fully erupted teeth.roots are easier to remove so no need to worry.
just follow the post extractions instructions properly to avoid pain and swelling later.
take your medication on time.
