Should I fix my chip by filing my front teeth?!

Question: Should I fix my chip by filing my front teeth?
I chipped one of my front teeth very slightly and it would just need to be filed ever so slightly to fix the chip but then my other front tooth would have to be filed a little more to match it. I don't know if i should do it or not because it's not very noticeable but it bugs me. I have dental insurance so if it's not too much I want to do it. What do you think?

No because the file will cause enamel erosion on your teeth, because your teeth are sensitive anyway and damage like that could result in future tooth loss and long term gum disease, however make an appointment with your doctor and get a segment of a denture, {replacement tooth constitute} this will be glued to the remaining piece of your tooth, you will have a little mark, to show where the denture was place, but trust me its less painful and more healthy han filing them.

I'm a trainee dental nurse's assistant and denture preserver.
