Why do my teeth move?IM scared!?!

Question: Why do my teeth move?IM scared!?
Im 24 years old, i had braces when i was younger. I have a slight over bite-top ones go over my bottom at the front.
I have recently noticed my teeth feel strange & seem to feel like they are clicking in the gum. There is 2 i can move & can see moving. Yet my husband cant see them move--i went to the dentist & he couldnt see it move & took xrays he said looked fine... I cant understand it!

They feel odd & i see them move when i push on them. They arent that wobbly that they move on their own its when i push & put pressure on that i can see it! Is this normal....I really dont want to loose my teeth by the time im 30!

I used to have bad gums but now i brush twice a day sometimes more & floss now & again...my gums no longer bleed so cant see why they are getting worse not better!! I have slight inflammed gums but dentist didnt seem to be worried!! Am i worrying over nothing!? No one seems to believe that i can make them move!!!

1. Don't try to wiggle them. If you actually can wiggle them, you'll make them get worse.
2. Buy a machine called a "waterpik." Use once a day, after brushing. Start out with low intensity.

This is probably from the inflammation. The more you touch it, the more it gets inflamed. Try to leave it alone and only eat liquids (juice, soup, etc) for 2 days. If it still persists, make an appointment to see a dental specialist.

I think I know what you are talking about.. I think I have the same thing.. but its nothing to worry about. They move way less than you think.

you are making your teeth weak stop moving it , and it will stay stopped in your mouth
