Question: Loose teeth problems.. :(?
I had inflamed gums. They went down, and now my teeth are just a bit shifting. So I was wondering, is there anything I can do in the meantime to keep my teeth nice in shape? I brush, floss, and use mouthwash.

Are these baby teeth or adult (permanent) teeth. If they are baby teeth, then no worries. If they are adult teeth, then your inflamed gums might have something to do with it. You need to figure out why your gums were inflamed. Your dentist will be able to give you more insight. Let us know what he says.

If your teeth are slightly shifting i would not recommend touching them to much. I would not recommend brushing your teeth to hard. Try not to chew bubblegum and use Mouthwash often =)
WERE YOU DIAGNOSED BY A DENTIST AS HAVING GUM DISEASE?
OFTEN TREATMENT FOR SUCH LEADS TO LOOSE TEETH THAT ULTIMATELY GET FIRM AGAIN, BUT LONG TERM GUM DISEASE WILL LEAD TO LOOSE TEETH WHICH MAY BE LOST.
