Question about Dental hygienists?!
Question: Question about Dental hygienists?
I hear that most dental hygienists only need an associates degree..
I'm currently a junior in highschool..
I'm planning on attending community college for the first two years to get my general courses out of the way.. after that I plan on going to a university the last two years..
So, the last two years at uni.. is it possible to study dental hygiene then? Does this mean I would graduate with a bachelors in dental hygiene... or would I have to study only hygiene all 4 years?... (I'm really confused)
I really want to graduate a university with a bachelors degree..and become a dental hygienist..but I'm not sure how everything works out...
Thanks for your help.

WITH A 4 YR. BS YOU WILL BE READY FOR DENTAL SCHOOL, IF YOU CHOOSE. WITH ONLY AN ASSOCIATE DEGREE YOU STILL NEED A BACHELOR BEFORE DENTAL WILL APPROVE.
INVEST IN YOU FUTURE AND GET INTO A 4 YR. BS DEGREE.
