15 years old and I don't brush my teeth. Help?!
Question: 15 years old and I don't brush my teeth. Help?
Other than that, I've never had a cavity or anything. I'm going to start brushing my teeth now to avoid problems, but I was just wondering if someone could tell me about how to ease the pain on my back molar.
Thanks

You could have a cavity without knowing it. If you neglect dental care, you most likely have several cavities that you can't see. You really need to start brushing your teeth properly, it only takes 3-5 minutes. As for the grinding, you can buy night guards for it. It prevents you from grinding while you're sleeping. Though, I've heard the ones you buy from the store don't really work very well. You can talk to your dentist about what would be the right night guard for you. Good luck, and start brushing!
Well, teeth are bones. When you grind your teeth, you are basically grinding bones. You better start brushing your teeth, or they will all fall out, even if you haven't had a cavity before. Your back molar may need too be pulled. In the meantime, start brushing and flossing 2x daily. Use mouth wash too. Well don't be lazy, brush! And it makes your breath smell good, no one likes bad breath, especially at that age.
Hope I helped :]

You might actually have a cavity, sometimes they can make your teeth hurt.
But seriously just brush your teeth it's really easy and doesn't take longer than five minutes!
