Invisalign does not offer your dentist a single arch product. Whether you do just the tops or the bottoms, there is no difference in the cost to the orthodontist.
Therefore, don't expect much of a difference in cost, if at all, for bottoms only compared to full treatment.

Dentists really don't like giving Invisalign for just one row because it changes your bite and can cause bite related problems unless you get the full set. If they do give it to you I would assume it would be about half of the treatment cost so around $2000-$2500.
