Do you brush before or after breakfast?!

I have breakfast, then rinse thoroughly, brush floss and mouthwash
I rinse thoroughly after any food or drink consumption, brush/floss rinse (w/o toothpaste) if needed (candy, cake, coffee)
After dinner I brush rinse
And at night I brush floss and mouthwash.
How does your daily routine work out?

brushing before going to sleep at night is the most important thing.
morning brushing is just for freshness, whether you brush before breakfast or afterwards its the same thing because during day time the tongue keeps the teeth clean.
brushing at night cleans the teeth from food debris as the tongue does not move while you sleep.if no food debris are there bacteria have nothing to eat.
Once in the morning.
Once before I go to bed.
Occasionally after meals with sugary treats. nomnonm
You shouldn't clean your teeth so much. It's not benefiting you that much more. Is it necessary to clean after dinner and night? You brush to prevent cavities, to remove bacteria, so your enamel doesn't wear away. It's not going make a difference brushing your teeth after dinner and then again at night.
Brushing right after an acidic meal can cause a loss of the softened enamel, I'd suggest drinking water and waiting for 30 minutes or so before brushing.
You could brush your teeth before and after breakfast. But if you intend to save money like for buying toothpaste and paying for your water bills, then just brush after you eat.
