If you take aspirin daily or are on blood thinners that will make clotting more difficult. But it is actually normal to have seepage for up to 3 days after an extraction. That doesn't mean you are gushing blood. It means that you have a small amount that continuously flows

Apart from having a blood disease a lot of people can bleed for a long time. I always have. There is a rich blood flow in the mouth and it can take a while to stop. Also if the clot is disturbed you can start bleeding again.

Don't take any aspirin about 72 hours before or 72 hours after having teeth pulled. I'm not a Doctor but i have heard that many times.
