How long does braces adjustment pain last?!

I have braces right now and I've had them for about a year. Most adjustments take about 3 days to about a week. It depends on what they adjusted. If it's tightening your braces, not very long about 2 days. I hope this helped a bit! :)

few days take tylenol. dont worry it will get better. sometimes the adjustments will hurt that day or next day depending on what htey needed to do. and some days it wont. it will just feel tighter.
