Question: Is it ok to use all these products?
I want to whiten my teeth, they aren't really that discolored but I would like to brighten them up a little. I do drink a lot of coffee and red wine......is it ok to use the crest 3d white toothpaste, mouthwash and the white strips or will I completely strip my teeth of their enamel? Thanks for your help!

Yes it is okay to use all of those products. The whitening strips aren't as strong as the gel that your dentist uses so you should be okay. Whitening does cause sensitivity though so be prepared for that.
