How do you prove that a dentist messed up on a root canal?!

Question: How do you prove that a dentist messed up on a root canal?
Okay so my mother went to a dentist dr. B and he messed up with a filling on her upper back tooth number 3. Then she went to dr. A.b. And got a horrid root canal and she effing messed up on it. Dr a.b. Missed a canal because she didn't have the proper equipment to do so. My mother has been in pain ever since. It wasn't just tooth pain. It was nerve pain too. April 2009 is when she got the root canal on that tooth.

Then she found out that root canals are toxic and then she got that tooth extracted. She got the tooth extracted a year ago.

NOW she has tmn i think from all her dental work.

But now my mother and I need to prove that she is in All this horrible pain that is off and on and some days are worse than others. I really want to help convince the judge so we can sue these to dentist. I am only 17! Thank you for your time.

Go to another dentist and have them do xrays and everything.. Tell them the whole story and have then write out everything that's currently wrong with your mothers mouth because of that mess up. If the dentist can't tell what's wrong because it's more in the nerve then they might send you to a nerve specialist or someone who can. either way have written proof that there is definatly something wrong. Then what I would do is round up the total cost of all the money you've spent on things to make her pain go away, fix the root canal, painreleivers, antibiotics and things along those lines and sue the dentist for that amount or money and then some for emotional wreckage. That's what I would do anyway! Good luck my mom went through the same thing !
