I've seen a lot of people who've used them. It seems that any of the name brand kits work as long as you follow their instructions to the tee. You can't improvise and make it whatever way you want.
The best whitening is done at the dentist, but at home kits really aren't bad

Get one that uses a gel - the strips are okay but they'll take longer to get the job done.
