My wisdom teeth are starting to come through and they are so painful.
I was just wondering if you had any tips on how to deal with the pain of them starting to come through and enter my mouth ?

Get them removed.
When i was young and had that happen to me i just took a piece of bubble gum and chewed on it until the pain went away. Its a great and cheap way to control the pain of your wisdom teeth pushing through.
Lots of painkillers overtime (1/2 per 6 hours is fine) so you don't feel anything.
You're about to be forced to have them removed. Find a dentist that will close the sockets with dissoluble stitches.
