Question: Im just threw up after getting my wisdom teeth removed?

To be specific im going to explain the whole story. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a couple hours ago, The doctor told me that the first day i have to eat/drink cold stuff. So on the way home my mom stop by mcdonalds and got me a milkshake, i got home removed the gauzes, drank like half of the milkshake and then took the pain medication they prescribed to me and put in some more gauzes and went to sleep. A couple hours later i took out the gauzes again then ate some apple sauce, then put the gauzes back in, and went to sleep, i woke up with my stomach hurting and i had the gauzes in for a while so i told my mom to take it out, before she could i started throwing up, the gauzes fell out and when i was done i drank some water. Idk what to do from here. Should i keep eating/drinking cold stuff? Do i keep on taking my meds? My doctor's office just recently closed so i cant call them and ask them. PLEASE HELP!!

you definitely keep taking your meds. i'm assuming you've been given an antibiotic so that needs to be used as long as your doctor says, otherwise they're pretty much ineffective. call them in the morning and ask if vomiting was a serious problem for your recovery.

Yes, keeping eating/drink cold stuff.

You probably vomited because of the anesthetic and/or the pain medications. (That's a guess, since you don't say what kind of anesthetic you had, or what meds you're on.)

What is likely to happen is that as the anesthetic leaves your system, and as you cut back on your pain meds, your stomach will settle down.

I suggest you go kind of easy on what you eat/drink for the rest of the day, and I suspect tomorrow will be fine.
