You do have a slight over bite. This will be corrected with braces.
Yes, you really should have braces. Not only do they correct the alignment of your teeth, it is also easier to brush your teeth. Which helps keep your teeth cavity free!

Yes, you should get it. You look pretty young and they're only going to get worse as you get older.
