Question: Why is there a large pimple-like blob on my inside right lip?
It's been there actually for about 4 years and I seemed to have never cared about it until now when it seems to have gotten slightly bigger. It doesn't hurt at all if I bite it, it doesn't hurt at all when I do anything to it actually. My guess is that it's like when you bite your lip and a swellly round thingy appears but this is what I think beyond the case... the dentist was saying something but I didn't overhear on what she said. The most I heard was that they can perform I think quick surgery to remove it or something. What the balls is this thing?

Look up Mucocele on google. Could this be what you have?
It could be an abscess. You may have a dead tooth that caused it. In that case you would have to have a root canal in order for it to go away.
I had the same thing a few years ago and needed a root canal.
