Well, no... How would the tooth turn if it's the only one that has a bracket on it? Chances are, they wouldn't give you braces to just turn one tooth anyhow. Usually, the only way for a tooth to be turned is for others to move out of the way, then what about those teeth? Moving just one tooth will move many others. So if you're only goal is to have that one tooth moved, your goal and the orthodontists goal won't be the same. Orthodontists want their work to be perfect. That's their best advertisement. Moving one tooth, and not moving all the other teeth to where they should be is not good orthodontic work.
