is this a bad way to straighten your teeth?!

Question: Is this a bad way to straighten your teeth?
u know the soda cans, and when you open them the thing goes behind the back of it, that sort of oval thing, that keeps it closed? i put that inbetween my teeth. it really hurts but it gives me some sort of rush, and i was wondering if this was unhealthy and can really screw up my teeth even worse then they are. some of my teeth are really close together, so it feels really good when i get it between them

Answers:

I don't believe it's bad for your teeth, only if they move to rapidly and cause nerve damage, other than chipping the enamel, theres no real harm that can be done.

Anyone with a pair of pliers can straighten there teeth straight away, as they are only held in by our gums, but it would hurt too much.

Slowly correcting the position daily should help asthetically.

Yes you can do some harm that way..

Common sense

Are you serious?

If you want to damage your gums and end with with many trips to the dentist - go for it.

Yes.
