Ok well I just got my braces a few days ago and still can't eat anything I know it won't be this bad for all the time I have them but r they always gonna be a little sore? And secondly I am getting tons of cankers and really big ones too! I've been rinsing with salt water morning and night but is there any other thing I could do?

Ive had my braces 4 twwo months now and it wont always be sore.u will get over it soon,trust me.if u wanna get rid of the sores,simply use the wax that ur orthodontest gave u(if he didnt,then tell him to give u some.if he doesnt have any,hes a horrible orthodontist)salt water isnt gonna help u much.also,at some point(it wont be ur fault)something will come undone.its alright,dont panic.just go to the orthodontist asap.hope i helped.

Ive had my braces for 2 months now

It may take some time to adjust your braces in mouth. In the meantime just try some soft diet.

I just got my braces on a couple days ago too! Mine aren't hurting a lot, but their still hurting. I suggest taking an advil for the pain.
