Depends what kind your talking about, there's metal ones, invisalign, clear, and ones the color of your teeth! I'm guessing your talking about invaslign?
They do work but not as well as braces..(:

yes but its called Invisaline its expensive and its just clear

yes i have invisible braces they dont hurt like metal does though
