Question: Can you drink water with rubber bands on your braces?
my orthodontist said to take em off only wen i eat or brush teeth, but im sick now and i gotta push water nd i was wondering if i can keep em in to drink watr (i got bands yesterday)

Yes of course, use a straw if they're really tight to make it easier for you.
Oh that sort of braces. I thot you meant the sort that old men wear to hold up their trousers. Couldn't see the reason why someone needed to take his trousers off to have a drink of water!
water and most other liquid are fine. You really want to watch out for stick foods, dark colored liquids.
