buy disclosing tablets (boots) and suck one after brushing your teeth. wherever there is a stain is where you haven't brushed properly so go over this with your brush to ensure you clean all areas. make sure you do the insides, outsides and biting surfaces of your teeth - lots of people forget the insides. floss. use a tepe brush for the gap
to fix the gap (known as a diastema) - you can get veneers done by your dentist if it is a small gap. they can be make of composite / porcelain and the cost will vary depending on the material you choose and your dentist. this may not be available on the nhs as it is a cosmetic treatment. good luck.
Keep brushing and flossing much as you can you have gingivitis which is also called gum disease and see your dentist or see an orthodontist about your options for your gap
