I have a bite plate on my bottom teeth. I was advised by the orthodontist to wear it when I eat. He's the expert. I trust that your orthodontist's opinion is more valid then any yahoo users:-)

Currently wearing a bite plate

i didnt cause it tasted horrilbe and ya it was just not good cause i was afraid it would go in the back of my throat
