Question: What is a cheap and inexpensive way to whiten teeth?
I know the stories about strawberries, banana skin and stuff like that whitening your teeth, but what can I actually buy for my teeth that isnt too expensive and will whiten them effectively and quickly?

Most people I know with white teeth make an effort to brush their teeth three times a day so it's a good idea to change your daily routine and not just the products you use. Also, if you haven't already got one try getting an electric toothbrush which is better and easier than a manual toothbrush.
You could also prevent your teeth from getting stained by avoiding coffee and smoking. It won't make your teeth whiter but it'll stop them getting worse.
