Will I lose muscle after getting wisdom teeth removed?!

Question: Will I lose muscle after getting wisdom teeth removed?
I work out 6 days a week (running and weight lifting) for 2 hours a day. This is a huge part of my life and I am worried that a combination of no exercise and a liquid/soft food diet will make me lose muscle. What do you guys think? Any ideas? Also do you think I should wait till summer? That way I would be able to swim (less impact) and have a form of exercise while I can't lift or run. Thanks. Ohh also I will be 18 in May, do you think waiting like 4 monthes would make surgery worse. The dentist said I could probably wait till summer if I wanted...

Any loss of muscle will only be temporary. Don't fret.

Waiting won't necessarily make it worse unless you already feel pain in the back of your mouth. You aren't going to lose muscle after your extractions. You'll be out for maybe two days. And you won't be sitting still either.

I am a dentist

you will need to relax and not physically exert yourself after extractions - you run the risk of dislodging the blood clot as you increase your blood pressure due to exercise.
