Getting a crown on my front tooth - what happens and does it hurt?!

Question: Getting a crown on my front tooth - what happens and does it hurt?
The dentist is going to put a crown on my top front left tooth.

I was wondering, what will the dentist do, and does it hurt at all?

(i get really nervous about dentists n will feel calmer knowing what will happen)

the only thing that can be called hurting? is the slight sting you get when they inject the anaesthetic.
after that it will simply be a case of watching ceiling while they mess around with the tooth.
once cap is glued on ( crown) it will need to be treated gently for 24 hours. no toffee ! avoid hot and cold drinks. ( room temperature is ideal)
it will last for many years if treated carefully.

had one.
