Question: The bottom of my tooth feels rough?!?
The bottom of my left front tooth feels rough and almost as if it needs to be sanded down. Gritty like. I haven't had a filling in ages or anything like that. Any idea what it could be and any good remedies? I'm worrying like mad.

That's probably plaque. Brush your teeth or go to the dentist to have a teeth cleaning. You should have it once a year.
It could be calculus; a substanse that forms on your teeth with the calcium and minerals of your salavia on the germs of your mouth.
You need to see a dentist and have a clean as a toothbrush will not remove this substance.
