I Have Phobia Of the brushing my teeth, the the noise goes through me ?!

Question: I Have Phobia Of the brushing my teeth, the the noise goes through me ?
When i try and brush my teeth, so my option is basically not do them at all, then again i told my dentist this i use electric brush the noise goes through me it makes me cringe.

i have use a normal tooth brush that too goes through me, it has done for long time...
But i don't want false teeth either at 28yrs old...

I may have wobbly teeth i worry about them all the time, i have swollen gums too.

i have one bad tooth ii think its affecting my other tooth...

any ideas how how i can brush my teeth with out feeling the cringe..

i have sensitive teeth, i get sensitive tooth paste but...

or is their any other tooth paste to make my teeth not to wobble stiffen up...

Maybe its probably best to have false teeth then,..

It is never best to get false teeth. You need to floss once a day and brush at least twice a day. Make sure to get a soft tooth brush and do NOT brush too hard. The brush really doesn't make any noise at all when using a hand brush. Personally, I do not like an electric brush and I don't like mint toothpaste. I use Close Up and plain floss, not mint. Brush each time for 2 minutes. You should not see blood when you brush your teeth. It sounds like you already have gum disease. Gum disease and heart attacks in men are related to a bacteria in the gums. This can be cured by the dentist and you can start a regular maintenance routine to keep your teeth in good health. If you cannot afford to go to a dentist check with your local health center to see if there is some free dental care in your area. Good luck and good health.

I have a phobia of the dentist because i am scared it is gonna hurt... but i had to suck it up and take care of my teeth. I would talk to someone about your fear of brushing your teeth. It takes 60-120 seconds to do a okay job that would make your teeth better then they are now.

False teeth are not a replacement for natural teeth. You have to care for you real teeth nothing can replace them. You will have to get over you fear and if you can't brush as often start flossing more. You have periodontal disease, this is a bacterial infection causing bone loss which is making you teeth mobile and toothpaste will not fix this. You need dental care to treat you disease.

The dentist cannot cure your disease you have to start caring for your teeth and bring the disease to a stop and they you can have periodontal therapy and surgery to correct the bone loss. The dentist will treat you disease and you will need deep cleanings but they will not hurt.
