Question: Went to the dentist today and found out i have 11 cavities and im a 15 year old male?
I am also a foster child so the lady i had lived with didn't take proper care of me and didn't take me to the dentist in 4 or 5 years
please am i gonna have to have any teeth pulled out

Your not gonna have your teeth pulled out. It's a root canal. They will drill out the pulp, and cap it with a crown. Your state HMO (medical plan) covers dental.
And STOP using foster care as an excuse!!! Your plenty old enough to know how to take care of your teeth. Your 15, not 2.

It doesn't sound like you'll need teeth pulled. I'm 19 and I went to the dentist last October for the first time in a few years—I needed a number of fillings and two root canals, but it ended up no big deal. The important thing would be to start brushing and flossing so that in the future you won't need teeth pulled.
Dont worry! They will take good care. Root Canals hurt but it goes away. And Cavitys wont hurt at all. No if they said you dont have to get teeth pulled, then you dont. But if you do, they dont hurt too bad and you could ask to be completly out. Just one question, have you been brushing for 5 minutes each day?
