Stop spitting now. Your sockets will ooze for days and this is normal but the more you gargle and spit you will dislodge the clot and the bleeding starts all over again. This increases your chances of developing an infection/dry socket as you are not allowing the sockets to heal. Rinse your mouth 3-4 times a day preferably after meals with salt water to keep mouth clean, do not spit out this just gently. After 3 days there should be a jelly like clot in the sockets. If there is not and its hollow then you have developed a dry socket so you must get back to your dentist to get this treated.
Good Luck

I am a dental nurse in the UK

Last year i had all 4 removed at once. Although i never had a dry socket, id say my gums bled for about 4 or 5 days. Make sure you don't do ANY sucking (har) with your mouth, like sucking through a straw, and make sure you just let any liquids for rinsing just fall out of your mouth. Ive heard getting a dry socket on one or multiple teeth is one of the most painful things you can experience. Although it sucks really, really bad, in a few weeks you'll be back to normal, so just be careful.

4 wisdom teeth pulled at once

You're not suppose to spit when you get them removed, nor gargle. You're suppose to drool stuff out.

Your dentist/surgeon didn't tell you this or give you a sheet that tells you not to? They need to have their license taken away. That's basic/common knowledge.

Just had mine removed. Still have my blood clots. No stitches.
