Question: Can I start brushing near the site of the wisdom tooth extraction?
I had my TOP RIGHT wisdom tooth pulled yesterday evening. About 18 hours have elapsed, & I have not brushed anywhere near the extraction site.
So my question is:
Can I start brushing on the right side, the adjacent teeth or anywhere near the extraction site? If not, how many more days do I have to wait before I can start brushing anywhere near the site?

Answers:
Yes you can brush normally. Don't brush the socket where the tooth used to be though. Stay clear of it. Also rinse gently and don't spit hard. Just let the toothpaste dribble into the sink.
Be careful and don't lose your blood clot.
