I have been taking Nurophen because of a toothache but I also take lots of pills!

Ibuprofen based tablets such as Nurofen should not interact with your diabetes and bg levels, regarding your blood pressure then it suggests that you should take Nurofen with caution, you did not state if it was for high BP and which medication you took, if its beta blockers then i would stop taking them and go to a local chemist and ask. Nurofen Plus can effect the kidneys etc and blood pressure . The uncontrollable chivering sounds like you have a viral infection therefore get to a doctor asap if you can or the chemist.

You may have contraindications between the medications you are taking. Call your Pharmacist and ask about it.
