i brush my teeth twice a day, i dont smoke, i dont eat junk food often

if you aren't brushing properly at the edge of your gumline they could be cavities, also if you drink alot of tea, coffee, or soda they could be stains. A good cleaning in a dental office will take care of stains. Either way a visit to the dentist wouldn't hurt so you can put your mind at ease. If they are cavities you eill want to get them fixed as they will only get worse and more expensive to treat.
