Question: After giving up smoking my teeth are still not white?
Its been 30 weeks of giving up smoking! :D

But my teeth are not white but more like a beige colour.

What can u do ? i brush twice a day with colgate and use listerine enamel mouth wash.

What shall use,are those teeth whiteners safe?

Your teeth are stained and in order to get them cleaned is going to require a product that contains peroxide (typically, 10% peroxide is what you can get online).

Brushing will keep them clean but will not whiten them even if you use whitening toothpaste

Call a dentist and have your teeth professionally cleaned, most people have this done once a year any way. Good Luck and congratulations on the quitting part, for many people this is an impossibility.



how long did it take for you to make them yellow ?

well it will take double the amount of time to make them naturally white

your alternatives are going to a dentist to whiten them or do it your self with some special peroxide toothpaste



Use baking soda or go see a dentist that does teeth whitening. ;)
