Question: What will happen now?

I've been wearing braces for 1 year, and now there off (WWOOOO) but I hate wearing retainers to school since I can't speak in them and its been weeks, so I just wear them at night,which is bad cause I'm supposed to wear it 24/7..I got really lazy and just didn't wear them for 4 days straight cause I was ill...and now they feel VERY tight..I'm also confused as to how to wash them? I don't want braces again! Ahh..what can I do? My next ortho appointment is in 10days!

You should wear them all the time if you don't want to wear braces again! You'll get used to speaking with them on :D and you should wash them by pouring water on them before placing them in the container.
