Question: What is wrong with my gums?
I had 4 extractions 5 days ago and braces on the same day, i had blood clots on all of them, on the 4th day they were all turning a little white but the bottom right area has a huge white goopy thing the size of a tooth and it tastes gross. What is wrong?

nothing is wrong
That may be food that has gotten lodged into the cavity of the extraction site. Be sure not to wash the clot out as you may end up with pain full dry socket infection.
If you are feeling pain or it isn't healing properly go see your dentist!
Use a mouth wash to help with the smell!
