It's not going to affect your braces but it is going to affect your teeth. Your teeth are going to turn yellow and leave stains from where your brackets were.
It will not affect your braces. But smoking is TERRIBLE for your teeth. And since being in braces increases your risk for decay because of plaque build up its highly recommended you refrain from smoking. It also leads to staining so you will have hideous stains on your teeth when you get them off if you smoke excessively.

Yes. Resin will build up along the braces and cause you to appear as a dirty hobo slut.
It will effect your brain.
