PLEASE HELP ME AND MY TEETH! I BEG YOU!!!?!

Question: PLEASE HELP ME AND MY TEETH! I BEG YOU!!!?
Hi.
So I got my braces taken off on Thursday, and I got my retainer put in yesterday (Saturday) because i was busy on Friday. So i got my retainer this morning, and for some reason, retainer feels really loose. And i phone them and they said I can come in on Monday because they are closed on Sunday.
My retainer feel so loose, i could probably take them off with my tongue.
The metal wire things doesnt even touch the teeth.
It is almost as if Im wearing it or there is no point of wearing it.
So basically i got my braces off on Thursday and so Thursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday,Monday..…
5! days!!. My teeth shifted back to normal already!
My two front teeth used to stick out and they went back in when i had braces, but after i got it off, it starts shifting because of the inpercise retainers.
I am really frusterated with my dentist.
I also feel really bad for my dad because he worked hard for the money to get me braces and retainers and the result isnt even great!
Did anyone had this experience? or know someone who did? What happens then?
Thanks guys and i really hope you guys can understand my situation.

... please dont say "consult you're dentist right away" because they are closed today.

THANK YOU AGAIN IN ADVANCE!

I have braces currently, and its only been 3 months since they were put on. My teeth are already straightening out. I have the fear of when they take my braces off, my teeth will go back to normal. If you had a bite plate then your retainer is probably loose. What I would do is wear the retainer so that your teeth don't completely shift back. What they may end up doing is putting the braces back on, but for a short period of time until your teeth move back. Also, when they are fitting you for your retainer, put it in and see how it feels at that moment. If it feels at all loose, you have to tell them. Otherwise your teeth may shift again. If you did have a bite plate, wear it, wear your retainer even if its loose.
